We try our best to find and use fresh herbs and spice the we use in our home town such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves which we grown it ourself, Bergamot, and Galanga

Our chef graduated from grandma’s kitchen no culinary school needed. From grandmother to Mom and I’m the third generation that we’ve been in the restaurant business more than 80 years.
